Terms of sale
ARTICLE 1 TERMS OF SALE.
The value of the product is already inclusive of VAT and refers to the product in its unit (single piece, made exceptions for specified cases).
During the product order process, you will be asked to accept the terms of sale and privacy policy, if you do not accept, you will not be able to continue with the purchase.
Upon completion of your order, you will receive an order confirmation email and summary of what you purchased from our site. The email is sent automatically by the computer system.
In case of an error (wrong order or wrong price of an item), please contact us.
Shipping charges vary depending on the destination of the package. The exact amount will be calculated and communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed. Products are carefully packaged to preserve their integrity so that there is no risk of compromise.
ARTICLE 2 MODE OF PAYMENT.
For online purchases on ours, you can choose to pay by credit card through paypal, or make an advance transfer, to be made within three days of order confirmation, using the following bank details:

ARTICLE 3 RIGHT TO PRIVACY.
Pursuant to Legislative Decree. No. 196/2003 it is declared that by filling out the contact form (e-mail or fax), or by sending their personal data in any form, the customer authorizes Petrocchi Cristiana to process their personal data. The above data will be managed and used by Petrocchi Cristiana, which may use them to follow up on Customer requests, for the management of purchase proposals and for sending information material.
Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree. No. 196/2003 the customer has the right to access their data, as well as the right to request at any time, the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, blocking of data processed in violation of the law, updating, rectification and integration.
ARTICLE 4 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN INSTRUCTIONS.
It is recognized the right of withdrawal as provided for in current legislation (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
4.1 Terms and Methods of Application.
The deadline for availing the right of withdrawal is 14 days from the date of delivery of the products. By this date, the Customer is required to send a formal return request by email to: info@riflessidiuntempo.it
4.2 Mode of Return and Costs.
After receiving our email confirmation, the Customer can choose between two return methods, depending on the country of shipment:
Option A: Standard Return (International and Domestic)
The Customer is required to return the products at his or her own exclusive expense and care, freely choosing the courier he or she prefers and arranging for adequate packaging to ensure its integrity.
Option B: Easy Return Italy (Home Collection)
For returns from Italy only, we offer an expedited home pickup service in cooperation with our Logistics Partner.
- Cost: The service has a fixed cost of € 13.00, charged entirely to the Client.
- Procedure: After our email confirmation, we will provide the direct telephone contact of our logistics partner. The Customer will need to contact them, provide pickup details and pay the service fee (€13.00) directly to them.
4.3 Conditions and Address for Return
Products must be returned undamaged, in the same condition in which they were received, complete with all parts, accessories and the original packaging.
Return shipment is the full responsibility of the Customer. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the goods during the return shipment.

It is essential to prepare adequate packaging to ensure the integrity of the products during transport.
4.4 Method and Amount of Reimbursement.
We will refund the Customer within 14 days of physical receipt of the returned products, via bank transfer or PayPal.
The amount of the refund will be equal to the cost of the purchased item, from which the following charges will be DETRACTED:
- Initial shipping costs incurred by us in sending the order (even when shipping is indicated as “free” at the time of purchase).
- Possible COD costs.
- Any customs duties/import charges incurred for returns from abroad.
- The possible cost of € 13.00 of the “Easy Return Italy” (in case the Customer has opted for Option B and this cost has been charged to us by the courier).
We are not responsible for any fees, charges, or deductions levied by banking institutions, payment circuits (e.g., PayPal), or other financial intermediaries on the refund due to internal policies, currency conversions, or other factors outside our control. The amount credited to the Customer will be the net amount received after such deductions, if any.

We are fully available to provide photos and additional details about our products upon customer request in order to support an informed purchase choice and ensure your full satisfaction.
ART. 5 SHIPPING.
Your purchases made online will be delivered to the address you provide.
It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully verify that the shipping address provided is correct. We will not be responsible for missed deliveries or delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
All our items are rigorously checked and verified before each shipment. Deliveries are made by courier in full insurance coverage to ensure maximum security of purchases.
It is not possible to manage the exact time of delivery of shipments.
After the shipment has departed, you will receive via email the tracking code and link to track the delivery directly on the carrier’s website.
If delivery problems arise or the package goes into storage (at the post office or the carrier’s warehouse), it will be the customer’s responsibility to arrange for pickup within the timeframe set by the carrier.
In order to meet your needs, if you have difficulty receiving the package at the given address, a pickup point (e.g., a post office or a courier pickup point) can be arranged by private message prior to shipment.
ARTICLE 6 DELIVERY TIME.
6.1 Indication of Times: Shipping times will be indicated at the time of purchase depending on the destination location of the goods and/or the type of shipment chosen.
6.2 Handling of Item Shortage: In case the selected item is no longer immediately available, the shipping time may be increased. The Customer will be promptly informed.
6.3 Limitation of Liability for Customs Delays: Seller shall not be held liable for delays in delivery due to force majeure or inspection and customs clearance procedures imposed by the authorities of the country of destination (e.g. USA). Estimated delivery times do not include or take into account any extensions attributable solely to customs operations.
ART. 7 RETURNS.
Return, under the terms stated in the terms of sale, is the responsibility of the customer, already stated in “Right of Withdrawal.”
ARTICLE 8 INDICATIVE SHIPPING RATES.
The actual shipping rate will be calculated at the time of purchase.
For some locations that are more difficult to reach (e.g., islands), the rate may be different from that listed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS AND CUSTOMS.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE IN DAP/DDU MODE (CUSTOMS CHARGES NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE).
Art. 9 Incoterm Applicato e Esclusione Oneri.
9.1. Incoterm Applied: All international sales and shipments (including the United States) are regulated by the Incoterm DAP (Delivered At Place), also known as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
9.2. Exclusion of Duties and Taxes from the Sale Price: The final price of the product displayed on the Site/Platform and the cost of shipping DOES NOT INCLUDE customs duties, import taxes, VAT (if applicable upon arrival), localsales taxes (Sales Tax) or any customs clearance fees imposed by the authorities of the country of destination.
9.3. Buyer’s Liability for Charges: Such customs and tax charges are considered a legal tax and are solely and fully borne by Buyer. Buyer agrees to pay all costs required by the courier for customs clearance of the goods. The amount is variable and will be communicated to Buyer by the local courier company.
9.4. Cost Estimation (Non-Binding): Buyer may request a non-binding estimate of anticipated customs and tax charges. It is critical to understand that any estimate provided is purely indicative, based on tariffs and exchange rates at the time of the request, and in no way constitutes a binding contractual commitment to Seller. The final amount will be determined solely by the customs and courier authorities at the time of importation.

Art. 10: Suspensive Condition and Order Confirmation.
10.1. Condition for Shipping: Fulfillment of the order and subsequent shipment are subject to a condition precedent consisting of receipt of explicit confirmation of Buyer’s acceptance of this DDU/DAP policy (Art. 1).
10.2. Management of Failure to Confirm: If the Buyer does not respond to the confirmation request message within 48 (forty-eight) hours after notification of order acceptance, the Contract of Sale shall be deemed terminated and the order shall be automatically cancelled.

Art. 11: Package Refusal and Refund Policy.
11.1. Refusal for Failure to Pay Charges: If the package is rejected by the Buyer at destination due to non-payment of duties, Sales Tax or other import charges, and the order is returned to the Sender in Italy:
11.2. Partial Reimbursement and Deductions: The Buyer will be entitled to a partial refund. The following out-of-pocket expenses will be automatically deducted from the total amount paid:
- Costs incurred for original shipping.
- Costs related to the return of goods to Italy.
- Any customs duty, charge or handling cost that the Shipper is forced to pay for the importation of the return.
